It’s about a week after quitting coffee and my body is not reacting nicelly…
I heard that once you quit coffee, the blood flow to your head is much stronger. I have this throbbing in my left ear and am hoping that’s all it is.
However the reason I quit coffee was because all of the sudden it was making me nauseous and perhaps its due to an ear problem…

Hi, I’ve tried quiting it but failed. You shouldn’t go cold turkey because it probably can causes symptoms. Try to decrease it gradually or slowly replace it with decaf.
